Country Manager, Brazil (SaaS)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Country Manager to launch, lead, and scale our operations in Brazil. As our local leader, you will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence for our SaaS product in the region. This is a critical leadership role in one of our highest-priority growth markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Entry & Business Growth

    • Develop and execute the Brazil market entry strategy aligned with global business objectives.

    • Lead business development efforts, build pipeline, and close key SaaS enterprise deals.

    • Establish strong brand presence through partnerships, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Sales & Customer Success

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing local sales and customer success team.

    • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through world-class onboarding and support.

  • Operations & Compliance

    • Oversee day-to-day operations including hiring, budgeting, and vendor management.

    • Ensure legal, tax, and compliance requirements are met in collaboration with HQ.

    • Adapt product positioning, messaging, and service delivery to local market needs.

  • Strategic Leadership

    • Provide regular business updates and insights to executive leadership.

    • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and competitive trends in the Brazilian market.

    • Serve as the public face and spokesperson of the company in Brazil.


Qualifications

  • 5-8years of experience in leadership roles within SaaS, B2B tech, or enterprise software.

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technology businesses in Brazil.

  • Deep understanding of Brazil's tech, regulatory, and enterprise business landscape.

  • Strong sales leadership with experience selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.

  • Exceptional communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and make decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience using CRM/sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
