Country Manager, Indonesia (SaaS)

About the company

This is a fast-growing SaaS technology start-up (late stage, proven track record in Asia, under ambitious global expansion to whole APAC and global).

Key responsibilities

  • In charge of the P&L owner of Indonesia market.
  • Work closely with Founders and CEO, come out strategy for the growth and profitability of local market.
  • Build a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration, hiring & mentoring team members, and championing innovation.

Key requirements

  • Experience in SaaS/ PaaS/ B2B Enterprise Services (such as ERP, CRM etc.)/ B2B Ecommerce industry across Indonesia or SEA or Asia market.
  • Proven track record in a sales, business development, partnership, marketing or growth leadership role, with strong business growth and GTM experience.
  • Commercial P&L experience is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Entrepreneurship spirit and growth mindset is required.
  • Bilingual skills in English or Mandarin is a must for internal and external stakeholder management purpose.
