Credit Controller

My client is a global professional services firm, we are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team, reporting to the Credit Control Manager for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and Receipts
• Handle banking and deposit of incoming cheques
• Generating aged accounts receivable reports to monitor outstanding debts.
• Conduct and log regular meetings with Partners.
• Collections - Following up on overdue accounts through reminders and direct communication
• Follow up on internal and external credit issues.
• Maintain collections history database.
• Credit Assessment
• Provide general assistance to the finance team

Requirements:

• Experience in credit control or similar role in a comparable organization
• Accounting graduate or pursuing ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
