Credit Risk Lead

We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the B2B financing space to hire a Credit Risk Lead. This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling credit risk infrastructure for SME and enterprise clients across the region.

You'll play a key role in shaping credit strategy, designing underwriting workflows, and managing portfolio risk. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with credit decisioning tools, and a deep understanding of SME/enterprise lending across Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

• At least 5-8+ years' experience in credit risk, commercial lending, or trade finance, preferably within a fintech or B2B lending environment.

• Solid understanding of SME/enterprise financials, industry benchmarks, and credit assessment models.

• Experience using credit scoring tools, financial statement analysis, and external data

• Comfortable working with product and tech teams on automation and workflow design.

• Familiarity with open banking APIs, ERP data, and decision engines is an advantage.

• SQL or BI tool skills are a bonus.
