Credit Risk Manager

Our client is a reputable Financial Institution, due to business expansion, they are looking for a Credit Risk Manager with experience in SME lending to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Approving corporate loans, conducting on-site due diligence for loan operations, overseeing end-to-end loan inspections, managing overdue debt collection
• Enhancing the company's risk management system and refining business processes
• Providing training on the firm's risk control system, organising regular risk control meetings to enhance the system
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders in devising contingency plans for crisis management, and implementing solutions
• Preparing and submitting Risk & Position reports with recommendations, while ensuring that the firm's risk exposures are within specified limits
• Ensuring firm's compliance with government regulations, and fostering improved performance in the Sales team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• At least 5-8 years' relevant credit risk experience in unsecured loans
• Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required
