My client is a leading firm within the Cryptocurrency ecosystem. Due to continued growth globally, they are expanding their Operations Team. This role will manage the daily operations of the Institutional Business and the Liquidity Provider Program. You will also ensure data integrity and work with account manager and various stakeholders to resolve issues and support clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years ops background with internet company
  • Experience with user, activity or content operation
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Crypto, or blockchain technology is a plus
