My client is a rapidly growing and high performing financial services firm with a focus within the cryptocurrency area. Due to continues business expansion, they're looking for a Client Operations Associate/Senior Associate.

This role will work as part of a larger client operations team and will work with internal stakeholders on the onboarding of new customers and the subsequent management of the client's interests. Further, to work with the tech & sales team on improving the existing workflows and processes as well as new product approvals.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 3+ years' of relevant experience within Operations/Client Servicing
• Experience with Prime Brokerage is a plus, likewise with Crypto
• Knowledge of VBA, Python is an added advantage
• A bachelors' degree in any discipline
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good multitasking skills
• Good communication skills required for this role
