CTO - FX Trading

Job description

Our client is a leading financial technology firm with a strong global presence and their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced technology leader to join them as CTO.

Reporting to the Group CEO you will be responsible for driving the overall technology product strategy and manage both the delivery and operations of all technology systems. This role will lead a team of 50+ software, QA, cloud/infrastructure engineers, PMs and analysts.


To qualify, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Detailed knowledge of FX trading platforms
  • At least 10 years of experience leading software engineering teams in the financial industry
  • Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders at the Group and Management level across various business units
  • Experience working in financial markets technology area (banks, hedge funds, HFT, Fintech etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of various technologies and programming languages
