Customer Experience - Senior Manager

A leading insurance firm is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager within their Group Customer Experience team.
As the firm is placing a heavy focus on customer experience at the moment, this is a newly created headcount, and will have a regional remit. The candidate will be tasked with the transformation of Customer experience, ultimately leading to an increase in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
A successful candidate must have the following:
- At least 6 years' experience in Customer Experience/ Design thinking/ Customer journeys
- Understanding and experience with AGILE, project management, change management
- Experienced in managing cross functional teams
- Good understanding and experience across the SEA region
