Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth desktop research on market trends, corporate governance, and industry developments; synthesize complex information into structured briefs and executive summaries
  • Content Production & Editing: Draft, edit, and proofread investment memos, client communications, and policy documents; ensure absolute consistency in tone, terminology, and grammatical precision
  • Quality Control: Perform rigorous fact-checking, citation verification, and data validation; maintain zero-tolerance standards for typographical or factual errors
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized archives of research materials, meeting minutes, and version-controlled document drafts
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, academic sources, and media contacts (as needed) with professional written correspondence

Requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in English Literature, History, Philosophy, Linguistics, Classics, or related Humanities disciplines (Honors preferred)
  • Written English: Exceptional written English demonstrated through academic thesis, published articles, or professional writing samples (submissions required); candidates with grammatical errors in application materials will be automatically disqualified
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability through academic research, editing roles, or quality control experience; must demonstrate obsession with precision (e.g., editing certifications, academic grading experience, research assistantships)
