Customer Service

One of our client, a medical-engineering company is looking urgently for a Customer Service, Chinese speaking to deal with clients in China and Singapore. You will have the responsibility of order management and maintaining excellent customer service.

Your mains responsibilities are:

  • Track and follow up closely with Sales and customers on back orders' status
  • Provide customer support. Attend to all customers' inquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary.
  • Coordinate and expedite with factories and internal departments on customer orders and delivery matters.
  • Coordinate with Sales and customer on quality issues and good returns, etc.
  • Coordinate with Finance department on customer payments
  • Issue credit notes to customers and supports internal and external audit requests.
  • Participate in quarterly cycle count and annual stock take
  • Filing of invoices and all sales related documents

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in SME work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Customer service experience in the medical industry is as well an advantage
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 is must
  • Good Communication skills & fast learner
