One of our client, a medical-engineering company is looking urgently for a Customer Service, Chinese speaking to deal with clients in China and Singapore. You will have the responsibility of order management and maintaining excellent customer service.
Your mains responsibilities are:
- Track and follow up closely with Sales and customers on back orders' status
- Provide customer support. Attend to all customers' inquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary.
- Coordinate and expedite with factories and internal departments on customer orders and delivery matters.
- Coordinate with Sales and customer on quality issues and good returns, etc.
- Coordinate with Finance department on customer payments
- Issue credit notes to customers and supports internal and external audit requests.
- Participate in quarterly cycle count and annual stock take
- Filing of invoices and all sales related documents
- 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in SME work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Customer service experience in the medical industry is as well an advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 is must
- Good Communication skills & fast learner
