Customer Service and Planning Operations Specialist

Job description

A leading and growing US Medical Device company is looking for a Regional Customer Service and Planning Operations Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting order fulfillment, managing open orders, collaborating with Commercial and Customers on backorders
  • Contributing to monthly and quarterly sales/revenue reporting.
  • Involves closely monitoring and adapting to sales/revenue changes, conducting regular business reviews with key customers, and ensuring Customer On Time in Full (OTIF) targets are met.
  • The position extends to Singapore Distribution Planning, where responsibilities include coordinating with sources for product fulfillment, supporting Sales & Operations Planning, and collaborating with APAC Logistics to optimize replenishment and inbound supplier performance.

The ideal candidate will drive stability, clarity, and excellence in day-to-day operations. Possess excellent communication and influencing skills, along with an energetic and personable disposition. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is crucial, supported by razor-sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 years in supervising supply chain operations, with a proven track record of interacting with cross-functional teams and management at all levels.
