Our client is a leading Insurance company who is looking to expand vastly. They are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. The company intends to provide state of the art, long-term life and savings solutions for customers who value safety and security. They strive to offer on-demand solutions, turning the efficiency of their business model into better value for their customers.
Reporting to the Head of Policy Service, you would be expected to attend inbound calls/emails/social media on policy enquiries and requests from customers and distribution intermediaries, provide assistance through sales and company portal, perform User Acceptance Testing(UAT) for system enhancements.

To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 4 years' experience in life insurance policy servicing and/or customer service
- Insurance qualifications like LOMA, CGI, HI, CMFAS, M5/9 is a plus
- Good time management skills and work efficiently
- Ability to process requests timely and accurately
- Keen to learn and take up responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to serve customers
