Customer Service Lead
Our client is an American Manufacturing company and a market leader in its line of products. They're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Lead to enhance the customer experiences, lead a team, and effectively co-operate with various departments within the organization.
- Answer inbound and outgoing phone calls for general information and service/installation needs and respond to customer requests and/or feedback.
- Capable of comprehending CRM methods, solutions, and additions by identifying and recommending alternatives.
- Log client issues into CRM as soon as possible and ensure that cases are handled quickly and efficiently.
- For the APAC region, coordinate schedule services/installation with customers and subcontractors.
- Keep track of all open and pending cases and make sure that all essential follow-up procedures are taken to fix the problem.
- Evaluate, analyse, and drive the end-to-end customer experience, customer feedback on product lines and new releases, and customer satisfaction at each point of the customer journey to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Developing and implementing programs that will determine the success of the influence on improved customer experience as well as track progress.
- A degree or diploma in a comparable discipline is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a customer experience expert role and Logistics/Warehouse Management.
- Understanding of lean ideas and techniques for continuous improvement.
- Solid customer orientation, a firm grasp of the customer lifecycle and demands, and an awareness of how customer insight and strategy influence experience.
