Customer Service Officer

Our client is a leading paper and board packaging manufacturer. They are now keen to look for a Customer Service Officer to provide service and support to the sales team and regional customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process calls and e-mail orders to provide high levels of customer service from order to delivery
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, address requests and develop solutions
  • Promote products and services to customers and advise customers of prices and conditions
  • Maintain and update the database
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Monitor inventory movement to ensure consistency of supply and provide monthly forecast reports
  • Arrange dispatch of products and/or product information to clients
  • Close collaboration with the sales team
  • Process invoices and sales orders
  • Co-ordinate with supply chain, factory, and logistics partner on delivery related matters

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills and ability to establish relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong personal accountability and integrity
  • Strong computer and data management skills
  • Willingness to persevere until the solution is achieved
