Customer Service Officer
Our client is a leading paper and board packaging manufacturer. They are now keen to look for a Customer Service Officer to provide service and support to the sales team and regional customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process calls and e-mail orders to provide high levels of customer service from order to delivery
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, address requests and develop solutions
- Promote products and services to customers and advise customers of prices and conditions
- Maintain and update the database
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory movement to ensure consistency of supply and provide monthly forecast reports
- Arrange dispatch of products and/or product information to clients
- Close collaboration with the sales team
- Process invoices and sales orders
- Co-ordinate with supply chain, factory, and logistics partner on delivery related matters
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills and ability to establish relationships with stakeholders
- Strong personal accountability and integrity
- Strong computer and data management skills
- Willingness to persevere until the solution is achieved
