Customer Service Representative
This position will be responsible for the operation of the Customer Service activities and efficient functioning of the ALC (Singapore) Customer Service organization. The CS Representative will provide support to the CS Manager to ensure that processes, procedures and controls are in place. This position will also be responsible for the achievement of a specific set of annual objectives related to continuous improvement of the department. He/ She will work closely with the other Logistics Centres and Logistics Service Providers, follow through the best practices across the group and support the organization's ongoing operations and future aspirations.

  • Issue and follow up Purchase Order
  • Monitor Purchase orders download from forecasting system into SAP
  • Monitor the Purchasing / Sales Order processing activities
  • Maintain master record in SAP
  • Coordinate with supplying plants for product routing setup
  • Monitor inventory levels to support the company's inventory strategy
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
  • Coordinate with forwarder agents on shipment delivery schedule
  • Handle shipment arrangement and preparation of all shipping and banking documentation
  • Prepare documents for repackaging jobs
  • Manage documentation filing and clerical support
  • Handle customer enquires/complaints


  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations / customer service / Logistics / Supply Chain
  • SAP Knowledge (SD / MM)
