My client is a rapidly expanding FinTech firm, due to business expansion they are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor in Singapore

This role will look after an existing and sizable Customer Service team with a focus on Email channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing & motivating the employees as well as setting SOP's and best practices. Lastly, to manage any escalations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 5+ years' of relevant working experience
  • Experience within Financial Services or E-Commerce is a plus
  • Experience managing teams
  • A bachelors' degree in a related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
