Our client is UK based company, provides a SaaS platform for the retail & travel business. They are now recruiting a Customer Success Manager to be a part of the growing Customer Success team based in their Singapore office.

Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, you will act as the key point of contact to our APAC clients, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within those accounts. Working closely with the Marketing and Campaigns teams of our clients, discovering their objectives, capabilities and constraints - and act as a key conduit between clients and your colleagues. Follow existing processes defined by our Global CS lead, and help us invent new ones. The KPIs on which your success will be measured will be client satisfaction, client renewals and increasing contract values during the length of the contract. Manage the transition from sales to client success, own the on-boarding process of new clients and manage the in-life relationship. You will also be involved in the contract renewal process and be asked to identify opportunities to up-sell products and services to clients.


  • Min 5 years' experience in Account Management, ideally within a SaaS model
  • Deep understanding of the main areas of customer marketing (including customer segmentation; personalisation; campaign management & planning; and campaign measurement).
  • High standard of written and verbal communication in English; additional languages an advantage
  • Ability to build rapport through listening to client needs and then effectively communicating these needs back to technical and product colleagues
  • Confidence to manage senior stakeholders and understand & respond to any objections
  • Great project management, planning & organisation skills
  • An action-orientated self-starter who can work independently
  • Comfortable being part of a small team and taking ownership of your KPIs
  • Displays positivity, patience and resilience
