The Ideal Candidate will be managing the overall onboarding and activation process. This includes maintaining customer satisfaction for the organization users and creating solutions to improve product user experience. You will also be responsible for customer retention by ensuring smooth product operations and assisting users to maximize the usage of their platforms.

About the Role:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation process for organizations users
  • Ensure and maintain high customer satisfaction for the organizations by regular follow up meetings and visits
  • Create scalable solutions to maximize the conversion rate of organization users by improving product user experience and owning help center
  • Propose solutions for operational related issues with long term focus
  • Proactively monitor organizations' usage and introduce new features to solve their problems and needs
  • Promote new product features to reactivate dormant organizations


  • At least 5 years of working experience with strong track record and background in account management and customer service in IT/Software/Marketing Agencies
  • Familiar with MySQL or any customer success tools such as CRMs, email blast platforms, LiveChat etc.
  • Strong business acumen with company growth mindset
  • Able to work under pressure to provide real time solutions and maintain customer
