Our client, a fintech firm, is looking to hire a customer support officer to join their customer support team. This role sit between customer and company, cross front and middle office to provide support to customers service . He/she will provide trading data to customers and liaise between compliance and customer in relation to the due diligence procedures.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Banking and Financial service
  • Experience with customer support or client facing roles
  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese to liase with Chinese speaking clients.
