Demand & Supply Planner

My client is one of the world's leading US MNC within the Beauty industry. They are looking to hire a Demand & Supply Planner to join their team in Singapore. This role would have you collaborate with multiple teams such as Planning, Supply Chain and Finance for you to be successful.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Track critical sales drivers, understand demand trends, anticipate and analyse changes and communicate them to the Operational Demand Planner
• Track shipments and work with the Inventory and Supply Managers to ensure there is no supply gap and the inventory is available when needed according to the forecast and demand plan
• Lead weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to understand deviations and act based on the agreed operational plan
• Generate regular reports to communicate forecast, shipment status, fill rate and short-term availability of finished goods to the relevant stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related fields
• 4 years or more of experience in Planning ideally in demand and/or supply planning area within the FMCG industry
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and experience with forecasting, sales management, S&OP and customer service are highly desirable
• Proficiency in SAP or other planning ERP and reporting tools is highly desirable
