Demand Planning Manager

Are you a visionary leader in supply chain and demand planning? Our client in the manufacturing industry is transforming their global planning capabilities and drive operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific region.

As the Demand Planning/S&OP Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the end-to-end demand planning process for key product segments across Asia.
  • Consolidate regional forecasts into a global consensus plan in collaboration with Sales & Service Clusters.
  • Facilitate monthly forecast reviews and global demand planning sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and forecast accuracy.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of demand planners.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on launches, phase-outs, and segmentation.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to optimize supply chain performance.

You would be experienced with the below:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in demand planning with proven leadership success.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced planning tools
  • Strong grasp of S&OP/IBP processes, statistical models, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about leading change.
