Desktop & Service Desk Manager
|Salary:||S$78000 - S$90000 per annum|
A global leading financial institution is looking for a highly organized & delegated individual to be their Desktop Manager in order to provide leadership, direction and day-to-day operational and technical supervision to their Desktop Support and Service Desk team.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Ensure day to day for Desktop operations & service desk.
- Managing a team of 7-10 members including L1 service desk & L2 desktop engineers.
- Support 1000+ users in Singapore including VIPs
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line of desktop support platform & infrastructure
- Support & maintain the hardware & software asset listing.
- Report monthly patching status.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate across all levels within the organization.
- A proactive attitude in supplier and stakeholder management skills.
