Our client is a prominent financial institution, known for their client-centric approach and investment expertise.

They are actively seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join their organization. In this role, you will be providing Level 1 and 2 technical support (both hardware and software) to end-users in the local and regional offices. You will have a direct reporting line to the Regional IT Service Desk Manager, ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • At least 5 to 9 years of desktop/technical support experience
  • Strong practical experience in Windows 10/11 and Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Strong expertise in Office 365/Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in Audio Visual (AV) Technology and other conferencing tools
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management across different regions
