I am currently partnered with a leading global bank who are a market leading player in the Wholesale space. They are looking for a senior business manager to join their team in Singapore.

This role will align & interact globally whilst also supporting the local region. They are looking for a candidate who can value add from a strategic lens while also being able to navigate the complex role which has a large focus on stakeholder management, projects & business performance review. This role also has some management responsibility with a matrix reporting line.

To Qualify, Individuals Must Possess

  • 10+ years' of experience, with ideally some knowledge of Corporate Banking.
  • Experience working in a large global matrix organisation.
  • Open to candidates from a Business Manager background or also from Strategy, Relationship Management, Credit or Risk.
  • Ability to cover a broad role with a good learning mindset & capability.
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
