Director, Head of Enterprise Applications Support

Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 70 years of history and enjoys a strong global presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They are also a well-known household brand amongst customers across the region.

Due to head expansion, they are currently looking for a Director, Head of Enterprise/Corporate Technology Applications Support to lead their Enterprise Applications Support team across the Group.

Reporting to the Group CTO, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a high performing support team that covers L1 to L3 Enterprise / Corporate Technology Applications support across the region. You will be expected to face off with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders to understand their requirements and look into ways to improve their current processes and policies, as well as drive new technology adoption to optimize the way how the Enterprise Applications are being supported.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields of study
• Has over 15 years of working experience supporting Enterprise / Corporate Technology Applications, including over 8 years of experience as a senior leader managing Enterprise Applications Support team across the region
• A proven track record as a technically savvy leader to provide guidance and development to team members
• Possess strong knowledge on ITIL framework and managing IT Service Delivery.
• Having ITIL certifications is a plus
• Prior background working in the insurance industry would be a plus
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders
