Director, Murex Lead

We are partnering with a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in Singapore to hire a Director-level Murex Lead. This opportunity is with a well-established bank, offering the chance to shape and drive strategic Murex initiatives at a senior leadership level.

As the Murex Lead, you will be responsible for leading significant Murex projects end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders across both technology and the business. You will play a pivotal role in driving conversations with the front office and risk functions, bridging technical expertise with business needs. In addition, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team under you to deliver critical projects and solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Murex projects in a financial institution.

• Strong technical expertise in Murex, with hands-on involvement in solution delivery.

• Exposure to Front Office and/or Risk Management modules (Market Risk, Credit Risk).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, confident in engaging senior business leaders.

• Prior experience in a banking environment in a similar leadership capacity.

• Ability to build, mentor, and lead a team to deliver business-critical outcomes.
