Director, Sales Excellence, Fintech

Job description

A global FinTech firm is expanding their presence in Singapore and hiring for a Director, Sales Excellence.

This is a newly created headcount for the sales operations team, looking at the region. This individual will play a critical role in working with all the sales directors across Singapore, HK, China, Australia and SEA markets to optimize sales training and onboarding for all new sales hires as well as an ongoing training, coaching and development program for individual contributors and sales leadership. He/she will be responsible for proactively working with the leaders to craft targeted programs that enable seals teams to increase productivity, velocity and deal sizes. The individual will also play an active role in advising the Sales Operation Head on developing the end to end sales process.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in sales leadership and training roles in a global sales organization
  • Experience selling and training salespeople in a SaaS organization
  • Depth of knowledge on sales methodology, strategic selling, and sales enablement
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proactive individual who has experience rolling out sales methodologies or change management in a global organization
