EAM Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Identify and source new clients in the external asset management and single/multifamily office sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, provide them with solutions.
  • Promote the company's investment platform solutions and assist with the necessary training and support needed to use them effectively.
  • Researching, gathering feedback and be involved in the process of improving services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our solutions remain competitive.

The Ideal Candidate should have the following: -

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the external asset management or single/multifamily office sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of investment platforms and financial products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an existing clientele base to tap on
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage stakeholders in HQ in China.
