Our Client is a Series A-funded company that are exploiting the development of the emerging markets around the world through their services, resources and partner ecosystem. Focused on the eCommerce space, our Client support small businesses in helping them come online and build out their businesses. Services include domain, hosting, fulfillment, data analytics, customer engagement, marketing, platform integration and more.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Experience managing and owning a sizable portfolio of customers.
  • Experienced with both leading an acquisition as well as customer engagement/retention team
  • Experience managing revenue streams coming, ideally from an eCommerce-related product
  • Experience managing contact centers across different regions
  • Experience building customer ecosystems
  • Can set standards in customer experience etc.
  • Should be able to travel as we have teams in Alabang and Gurgaon.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field - ideally business related
  • 8-10 years experience, 2-5 of which are in the Internet or eCommerce industry
  • Fantastic management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced culture in a growing company
  • Ability to drive growth and scale a business
