We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Lead to drive the evolution of our Order Gateway platform - the critical bridge connecting our trading strategies to global exchanges and brokers.

The Opportunity:

Lead a team of sharp, high-performance engineers building and refining ultra-reliable, low-latency order gateways used across global markets and asset classes. You'll own the full engineering lifecycle, influence architectural direction, and play a pivotal role in advancing the trading infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance Order Gateway solutions
  • Partner with traders, strategy teams, and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution
  • Drive architecture, code reviews, and full-stack engineering best practices
  • Champion engineering excellence: scalable design, robust testing, continuous integration
  • Optimize performance and ensure rock-solid reliability across our systems
  • Foster a culture of growth - mentor, coach, and elevate your team
  • Collaborate with TechOps to provide L2 support where needed

What you Bring:

  • 5+ years of leading technology or technical teams within high-stakes, low-latency environments
  • Strong modern C++ development expertise
  • Deep knowledge of data structures, network programming, Linux systems
  • Proficiency in Python and scripting for tooling and automation
  • A track record of shipping production-grade systems under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Engineering or Math
  • Experience with exchange connectivity protocols
  • Financial markets knowledge (equities, derivatives, etc.)
  • Familiarity with performance tuning, profiling, and latency optimization
