Enterprise Applications- Product Manager

Job description

I am working with a client who is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications -Product Manager to take the lead in shaping, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions. This role is crucial in defining the product vision, managing the entire product lifecycle, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy based on stakeholder needs and business goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments, identify process gaps, and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including:
    • Leading UI/UX design sessions and documenting user journeys.
    • Prioritizing User Stories and planning development tasks.
    • Managing UAT, training sessions, and preparing detailed user guides.
    • Planning and executing go-live strategies and driving product adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions.
  • Track product performance using key metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Act as the link between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing and optimizing enterprise applications (e.g., Finance, HR).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, or relevant certifications (CSPO, PMP, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, process design, and business analysis.
  • Basic understanding of software development and databases; coding knowledge in Python or Java is a bonus.
