Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Lead- Global Coverage

We're partnering with a leading multinational and they are hiring for a Global ERM Lead, responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide risk strategies and ensuring operational resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme and report to senior leadership.

• Develop and implement global risk frameworks, mitigation plans, and KRIs.

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insurance policies and ensure effective claims processes.

• Strengthen business continuity plans and risk awareness across global functions.

• Stay ahead of emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise risk, ideally in a multinational or consultancy environment.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

• Expertise in corporate insurance, continuity planning, and global risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST).

• Strategic mindset with strong execution and analytical skills.
