Job description

Role Overview:
The Equipment Manager will lead a team of engineers and specialists to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and productivity through effective maintenance strategies, automation implementation, and lean initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop automation, project, and repair teams.
  • Plan and execute equipment strategies to maximize efficiency and uptime.
  • Oversee project startups, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Implement automation and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Manage inventory, parts, and tool utilization effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Monitor tool productivity and apply early detection systems to prevent downtime.


Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in equipment or automation management.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of equipment management systems and automation technologies.
