Equity Analyst - Real Estate & Property

I'm currently supporting my client, a leading global buy side firm who are expanding their Equities division. This role works within their Asia Growth Equities team which is a lean but high performing division with a sizable AUM.

The incumbent would be responsible to look after conducting investment research within the Asian region with a particular focus on the Property & Real Investment industry with further generalist exposure. They would also work with the broader team on portfolio construction & stock position discussions.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 4+ years' of relevant experience, ideally in a growth strategy setting
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry, across Asia
  • Critical thinker
  • A bachelors' degree in any discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills required for this role
