Field Application Engineer (Mechanical)

Job description

Role Overview:
Responsible for implementing and supporting automated warehouse systems, including robots, conveyors, and material handling solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute on-site robot and conveyor implementation tasks.

  • Configure firmware for automation hardware.

  • Support customers during and post-deployment.

  • Implement large-scale automation projects (AGVs, ACRs, AMRs, conveyors).

  • Develop testing and acceptance standards; conduct inspections and evaluations.

  • Perform system integration and software testing.

  • Enable local partners and regional FAEs to strengthen delivery capabilities.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, Mechatrinic Engineering, or related field.

  • 1-2+ years experience with AGV/ACR/AMR solutions and warehouse automation.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
