Field Application Manager (Semiconductor & Vacuum Solutions)

As an experienced Field Application Manager you will adept in deploying and supporting advanced vacuum systems for the semiconductor and solar sectors, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Install the top vacuum solutions for customers.
• Solve customer problems after sales with the global team.
• Figure out why pumps fail by taking them apart and reporting findings.
• Help the service team fix technical issues with customer processes.
• Create and share plans to improve product use with customers.
• Help put fixes in place and check on them.
• Give technical support whenever it's needed.

Requirements:

• A college degree in a technical field, chemistry is best.
• Know about making semiconductors, solar panels, and LEDs.
• Understand chemistry, electronics, and mechanics well.
• Know why the technical work matters for sales and marketing.
• Having knowledge of vacuum products and how to engineer them is good.
• Be great at managing projects and solving problems.
• Communicate well in English, both speaking and writing.
• Be able to explain things clearly to customers.
• Know how to do chemical tests (like FTIR, XPS, SEM, ICP-OES).
• Have led a team before.
