Finance & Payroll Specialist (Regional role)

A global professional services firm is hiring a Finance & Payroll Specialist (Regional) for their Singapore office. This is a newly created role in Singapore due to expansion.

Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Manager, you will have to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of financial and payroll operation, processing of monthly payroll for Hong Kong, Singaporeand china offices, works closely with payroll service provider. You will be overseeing Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, playing a key part in supporting annual audits, maintaining precise employee records, and coordinating with HR for payroll adjustments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance/ ACCA /CA related qualification
• At least 5-8 years of payroll-related experience from professional servuce environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of local tax and labor laws in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China
• employee taxes, social insurance, pension and tax treatment of various fringe benefits and overtime laws
• Experience in establishing standard payroll processes and auditing procedures within Asia
