Finance Controller/ Finance Manager (up to $9k)

A leading multinational organization within the industrial sector is seeking for a hands-on Finance Controller to lead finance and administrative operations across the organization. This role covers a wide scope of responsibilities, including financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial accuracy across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Implement and maintain financial and administrative policies and processes
• Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and performance monitoring
• Ensure accurate project accounting and system reporting
• Support internal controls, contract review, and audit processes
• Identify and manage risks and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance, reporting, and operations roles within MNC environment, ideally from industrial/ manufacturing
• Solid understanding of financial principles and corporate governance
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Flexible and open-minded, able to engage across teams when necessary
