Finance Director - TMT Sector

Job description

Our client is a reputable and fast-growing TMT company with solid presence across Asia. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre Finance Director to join their finance team in the Jakarta Office.

Reporting to the Headquarter, your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and monitor the local Finance team, ensuring the statutory and financial reports are complied with the regulatory requirements and standards
  • Assist with M&A or overseas investment projects and responsible for the related due diligence and investment analysis
  • Responsible for the treasury operations functions and support the potential funding needs by formulating plans and liaising with professional parties
  • Overseeing and refining the capital structure of the company
  • Setting up the internal control policies and procedures, establishing the risk management framework to minimise any financial and business risks
  • Being part of the leadership team, formulating the financial strategies and business plans supporting by financial analysis and financial modelling
  • Ensuring the company liquidity and cash flow are maintained in healthy position
  • Working closely and liaisng with headquarter and and regional teams
  • Support ad hoc finance projects if needed

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
  • Background in Financial Services or Banking or related sectors preferred
  • At least 15 years working experiences, including working in TMT sector with overseas entities
  • Experiences in fast-paced environment
  • Solid Regional/ Overseas exposures are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and business partnership skills to work with different stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Occasional Travel is needed after border reopens
