Finance Director (Directly Reporting to the CFO)

Our client is a growing technology firm in the digital space with a global presence. Singapore office is their HQ and is where the core business sits.

Key Responsibilities:

My client is looking for a well-rounded finance professional to join their high growth business. Reporting to the CEO and CFO, you will be managing a team and leading day-to-day running of the full finance function ranging from controllership, FP&A, strategy, accounting, treasury etc. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, forecasting, cashflow planning and management, monthly-close and consolidation. You will also assist with corporate fundraising strategy and relationship management with external parties including banks and auditors. You will be business partnering with different functional heads providing commercial insights and helping to set KPIs, especially on the sales side. You will be in charge of internal controls and drive process and systems improvement initiatives to achieve higher productivity. You will be involved in adhoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or relevant field
• ACCA / CA / CPA or equivalent preferred
• Strategic and commercial mindset
• E-commerce/E-business/Online digital/start-up background is a plus
• Regional/International exposure a strong plus
• Possess strong organization and planning skills and results-driven
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to be hands on when needed and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
