Finance Manager - Group reporting and consolidation

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable MNC with business operations across the globe. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre all-rounded Finance Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Department Head, your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the Group consolidation and financial reporting of entities at the regional/ global level
• Ensure the internal controls, policy and procedures are complied with related accounting standards
• Liaising with subsidiaries/ entities, and supporting the business intergation projects
• Ensure the financial statements are complied with the accounting standards including both local and US GAAP
• Responsible for budgeting, financial forecasts and analysis, and to provide recommendations to senior management to improve business performance
• Enhancing internal control and related accounting process
• Facilitate and prepare financial reports in a timely manner
• Ensure the financial statements comply with accounting standards
• Liaise with external auditors for financial statements preparation
• Work closely and support different internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with ad hoc projects e.g business expansion

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Qualified Accountant. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, Qualified accountant. Training in Big 4 audit firms arr highly preferred
• Training in Big 4 Auditing firms are highly preferred
• At least 6 years working experiences, including working in companies with regional coverage
• Solid background in B2B, E-commence/ Digital/ TMT sectors are highly preferred
• Experiences in fast-paced environment and being adaptable to changes
• Solid experiences in US MNC or SOX experiences is highly preferred
• Exposure in regional market is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Strong language skills, including English and Chinese are needed to work smoothly with stakeholders
• Occasional Travel is needed
