Finance Manager (Project Finance & FP&A)

A growing renewable energy investment platform is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their Singapore team. The company invests in and develops solar projects across Asia, and this is a high-visibility role owning the financial performance of its project portfolio, you will focus on analysis, reporting, and business partnering with project and operations leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project revenues, expenses, margins, and overall P&L performance across assigned entities
• Partner closely with project and operations teams to identify, investigate, and report budget variances and financial risks to leadership
• Oversee project billing schedules and milestone payments, and track capital calls
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including loan repayments and working capital requirements
• Lead all FP&A functions, including quarterly forecasts, the annual budget exercise, review of operational plans, and variance analysis for monthly reporting
• Prepare financial, tax, statutory, and ad-hoc reporting for assigned entities
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion
• Perform compliance checks on internal processes and contribute to ad-hoc and system project assignments

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure, project development, or other project-based environments
• Exposure to project SPVs, JV structures, or investment entities highly advantageous
• Conversant with SFRS(I) and the regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledge of SAP
• Self-driven, meticulous, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a keen analytical mind
