Finance Manager (SGX Listed Co)

Job description

A SGX-listed investment holding company is hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to join them.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, risk management, and corporate governance, ensuring that the company meets SGX and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SGX Catalist requirements
  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance analyst
  • Implement risk management strategies and maintain internal control
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structu
  • Support the Board and Audit Committee with financial reports and corporate governance compliance
  • Work closely with sponsors, banks, and external auditors
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory filings, and M&A due diligence
  • Lead digital finance transformation initiative

Requirements

  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with listed companies (SGX-listed experience is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with SGX regulations and SGX Catalist compliance
  • Experience working directly with sponsors and strong relationship-building skills with banks
  • Solid knowledge of financial management, risk mitigation, and corporate governance
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
