Finance Transformation Analyst (ERP / NetSuite)

My client is a leading company and this mid-level finance role supports a multi-entity ERP implementation project, focused on the finance workstream. You will help prepare financial processes, validate data, document procedures, and ensure the successful deployment of a new finance system across multiple countries. The role is project-based and involves collaboration with internal finance teams, IT, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with finance configuration and system setup for ERP deployment

• Validate and cleanse financial data across entities to ensure migration readiness.

• Document and standardize financial processes, workflows, and reporting procedures.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Prepare training materials and assist with go-live and post-implementation support.

• Track project milestones and deliverables for the finance workstream.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred but not essential.

• 4-6 years of finance experience with exposure to financial systems; at least one ERP implementation project.

• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of multi-entity reporting and controls.

• Advanced Excel and process documentation skills; familiarity with ERP/NetSuite systems advantageous.

• Experience in logistics, maritime or supply chain industries is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
