Financial Controller (Professional Services, regional role)

My client is an international professional services firm in Singapore, with a reputable and strong-standing international presence. They are fast-growing and the finance team has a track record of offering opportunities for personal development and growth. They are hiring a Regional Financial Controller for their Singapore office.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the regional leadership team on all accounting and finance matters. Your key focus will be on maximizing profitability, minimizing financial risk, and supporting the achievement of strategic growth targets. You'll provide financial leadership and oversee operational finance activities in compliance with group standards and local regulations. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in managing financial planning and overall profitability within the region. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone to make a significant impact and drive financial success in a dynamic organization.

Requirements:

• At least 7-12 years of experience in a professional services firm with experience in leading high performing team
• Good business partnering and commercial acumens
• Strong knowledge particularly in Asia Pacific finance, tax and regulatory knowledge
