Financial System Manager

Job description

Our client is one of the leading professional firms and they are looking for an experienced Financial System Manager to join them.





Reporting to Head of Finance and dotted line reporting to Head of IT, you will be working closely with Finance and IT teams providing support, advice and guidance to ensure they are efficiently and effectively using the firm's systems. You will lead projects, work with stakeholders at all levels and develop enhancements to the existing system that enhance the firm's efficacy and ability to meet its clients' needs.



Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team
  • A good understanding of finance and accounting department needs within professional services environment
  • Knowledge of programming languages and relational database management systems would be advantageous.
  • Experience of SQL Server management and T-SQL language, Reporting Services and Integration Services
  • IT literate and skilled with tools including Visio and MS Project
