Food Technologist

My client is an ice cream manufacturer based in Singapore, known for its commitment to producing premium frozen desserts. They are seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join their team and play a pivotal role in the Research and Development (R&D) of their ice cream products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the R&D and product development of both existing and new ice cream products.
  • Utilize your expertise in ice cream, desserts, or bakery products to formulate and optimize recipes.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and quality assessments to ensure products meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, ingredient specifications, and production processes.
  • Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

  • At least bachelor's degree in food science,
  • Food Technology, or a related field with a focus on ice cream, desserts, or bakery products.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant R&D experience.
  • Strong background in food science and product development.
  • Proven ability to innovate and enhance ice cream products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
