A leading global investment firm is hiring an FP&A Analyst in APAC to support financial analysis, management reporting, and compensation insights for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models and support strategic analysis
  • Prepare management dashboards and variance reporting
  • Handle compensation analysis and reporting
  • Support ad-hoc projects and senior management decision-making

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience in financial services
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Tableau a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
