Opportunity

My client is an established high growth technology player. They are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the newly established group FP&A function.

This Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will assist the CFO with establishing an effective FP&A function. You will focus on financial analysis, management reporting, financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting of the business performance. You will be an active business partner providing strategic insights and planning to stakeholders across the business including business unit heads and senior leadership. As a founding member to the group FP&A function, you will play a vital part in helping to build this function. It is also a highly visible role which allows potential growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business
• 5+ years of FP&A experience is preferred
• Strong team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
• High proficiency in Excel modelling
• Possess a commercial mindset, results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
• Independent and possess strong learning agility and an eagerness to pick up new challenges
